## Before you start

Have the webhook URL ready. The endpoint must be publicly accessible and able to accept an HTTP POST with a JSON body.

## How to add the webhook

1. Open the V2 site in WordPress admin.
2. In the left menu, go to **OCF Plugin > Forms & Email**.
3. Select the **Form Fields** tab.
4. Scroll down to **Advanced Text & Integrations**, then click **Show**.
5. Scroll down to `booking_webhook_url`.
6. Paste the URL that should receive form submission events.
7. Click **Save Changes**.

## Test the webhook

1. Open the live site and submit a test form.
2. Check the receiving app or webhook logs for the new request.
3. Confirm the form data arrived as JSON.

The payload contains the fields submitted through the form, such as the customer name, email, phone number, selected services, address, description, and notes. The exact fields vary by form.

## Troubleshooting

- Make sure the full webhook URL was pasted into `booking_webhook_url` and the changes were saved.
- Confirm the endpoint accepts `POST` requests with `Content-Type: application/json`.
- Submit another test from the live site and review the receiving app’s webhook history or logs.
- If the webhook still does not receive the request, contact support with the site URL and webhook provider name.
